Serving

St. Luke's is blessed with an active and encompassing Serving Ministry.  This ministry spreads from the Welcome Station in our narthex to global ministries accomplished through Lutheran World Relief and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Serving is a cornerstone of St. Luke's Lutheran Church.  We desire to help the members and friends of St. Luke's find ways to serve, to be known as a congregation which is excited and intentional about serving and be one which makes a genuine impact in the neighborhood, community, region, nation and world.  As such, we have five distinct outreach ministries:

Winter Mission:Possible Day was held March 4 with many ministry opportunities being offered here at St. Luke's

Common Ground's recent hire of an organizer in the Waukesha area; recent initiatives include Faces of Foreclosure, a Health Care Insurance Cooperative, and Education Reform; Spring Assembly on Sunday, April 29 from 2:00-4:00pm at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee
